Der Animation Production Day (APD) ist der bedeutendste auf Animationsprojekte spezialisierte Koproduktions- und Finanzierungsmarkt in Deutschland. Auf dem APD verhandeln jährlich die wichtigsten nationalen und internationalen Branchenvertreter in gezielten Einzelgesprächen über mehr als 30 neue Animationsprojekte.

Der neue Veranstaltungsteil „Producers for Co-Production“ bietet eine zusätzliche Koproduktionsplattform exklusiv für Produzenten, Service-Produzenten und Dienstleister. Die APD Konferenz bietet darüber hinaus fokussierte Vorträge und Debatten zu aktuellen Trends und Herausforderungen der Branche.

APD 2015

Beim APD 2015 verhandelten rund 120 Teilnehmer aus 12 Ländern in mehr als 450 Einzelgesprächen über Kooperationen für die 37 ausgewählten Projekte mit einem Produktionsvolumen von rund 130 Mio. Euro. 9 Spielfilmprojekte, 13 Serienprojekte, 3 Projekte aus dem Bereich Game/App und 13 cross- bzw. transmediale Projekte wurden APD vorgestellt – darunter 16 deutsche sowie weitere aus Dänemark, Finnland, Schweden, Spanien, Frankreich, Belgien, Kroatien, Polen, England und Ägypten.
